Request Course Coordinator Role

A Course Coordinator is someone who is authorized to schedule and setup tests for all instructors who teach the same course. Course Coordinator authorization should only be requested if you are managing exams for your class sections and the class sections of other instructor(s).

 

Step One:

Log into the Testing Center website.

Step Two:

Click on the Faculty tab and select Test Delivery Information.

Step Three:

Locate the correct course that you want to request a course coordinator role for. Click Request Course Coordinator Role.

Step Four:

A dialog window appears. Click OK to submit your request.

Step Five (Optional):

The button on the screen will change to Remove Coordinator Role Request. Click this anytime before the request has been been approved to remove your request.

It can take up to one day for the request to be approved. You will be notified by email if the request was denied.

Note: You cannot set up any tests until the request has been approved.
